Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing and received by Vital Links two weeks or more before the course date; refunds will not be granted after that date. Refunds will be issued after the course (minus a $50 processing fee). You may also choose to transfer your full registration amount to another Vital Links course if you notify Vital Links at least two weeks in advance of the workshop you are cancelling.
Vital Links reserves the right to cancel any course with due cause, and provide a full refund of the course registration fee. Participants purchasing NON-refundable airfare tickets are encouraged to inquire as to course availability before final purchase. Registrants bear the sole responsibility for their transportation to the course. Weather and/or transportation difficulties are not the responsibility of the workshop sponsor, Vital Links, and failure of a chosen means of transportation is not grounds for registration fee refund when the course is held.
